TRYOUT INFORMATION FOR 2010 CLUB SEASON

ALL 14, 13, 12 & UNDER TEAMS:

12 – 13 & Under Players: Sunday October 24, 2010 at the Estero Recreation Center

Player Registration: 9:30am to 10:00am

Player Tryouts: 10:00am to 12:00am

14 & Under Players: Sunday October 24, 2010 at the Estero Recreation Center

Player Registration: 1:30pm to 2:00pm

Player Tryouts: 2:00pm to 4:00pm


ALL 18, 17, 16, 15 & UNDER TEAMS:

17-18 & Under Players: November 21, 2010 at the Estero Recreation Center

Player Registration: 1:30pm to 2:00pm

Player Tryouts: 2:00pm to 4:00pm

16 & Under Players: November 22, 2010 at the Estero Recreation Center

Player Registration: 5:00pm to 5:30pm

Player Tryouts: 5:30pm to 7:30pm

15 & Under Players: November 23, 2010 at the Estero Recreation Center

Player Registration: 5:00pm to 5:30pm

Player Tryouts: 5:30pm to 7:30pm

2010 Player Medical Release

Due to the number of girls who tryout for USA South we highly recommend you follow the instructions below to help us get everyone registered smoothly.
1. Register with USAV. Each player must individually register with the USAV prior to participating in any tryout. The membership fee is $45 and you can register at www.usavfl.org. You must bring proof of registration to tryouts.
2. Complete the USA South tryout form below.
3. Complete the medical release form and bring with you to tryouts.
4. Copy of your Birth Certificate
5. $20 Cash or Check made out to USA South Volleyball for Tryout Fee

18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1992 or Players who were born on or after September 1, 1990 and are a high school student during some part of the current academic year

17 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1993

16 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1994

15 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1995

14 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1996

13 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1997

12 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after September 1, 1998
