USA South Volleyball is now the exclusive provider of PLYOCITY! Plyocity is a high intensity, low impact, plyometrics workout. "Plyometrics is defined as exercises that enable a muscle to reach maximum strength in as short a time as possible. This speed-strength ability is known as power," says plyo expert D. Chu.

We feel this program will improve all of our athlete's agility, quickness and vertical's resulting in better performance on the court. USA South Volleyball will be only the third volleyball club in Florida to add PlyoCity to their club program. This same workout is currently training two Olympic gold medalists- Misty May and Kerri Walsh along with Karch Kiraly and Mike Lambert.
