USA South strongly believes that it is vital that all our athletes learn the fundamentals that are the foundation of their volleyball development. It is important that players at all levels continue to practice and review these fundamentals in order to stay on top of their game. We believe that it is important for our players to learn all the skills of volleyball no matter what position they decide to specialize in. USA South uses the month of December to train all our players on the fundamentals we expect to see on the court. We feel this is one of the most important parts of our training and prepares the players for team practices in January.
