USA South anticipates fielding at least 1 National team at each age group from 12's & 13's. Each of the athletes on the team will receive the training, services and benefits that have become staples of the success of USA South including:

Individual & Team, technical & tactical training, and mentorship under the guidance of experienced, professional, and highly skilled coaches. Our consistent and comprehensive training curriculum includes the following:

- 2 Team practices per week

- 1 position-specific training approximately one time a week

- Entry into the PlyoCity Training ($240 Value)

- A month of Fundamental Training

Compete in 4 of the top tournaments in the region and 1 out of state Qualifier.

Full access to our volleyball facility and all supplemental training programs.

Participation in club fundraising opportunities.

Indoor Club season runs from December to May or through the completion of the Florida Regional Qualifier/Championships.
